Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were otherwise very clean incidentally, but there were really badly stained carpets that were a big drawback. The bed, however, was very comfortable. The hotel was hot, and there was no way to air it out properly.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms could do with air conditioning in the summer, making it uncomfortably hot at times, but they were quiet and had individual washing facilities. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff speaking multiple languages. However, the location felt rather unsafe at night, despite being close to the center of Valence. The dining options were basic and quite limited, but the facilities were adequate for my needs.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were in need of a refresh and could have used air conditioning, but having a fan did help make sleeping more comfortable. However, cleanliness was a major issue with dirty carpets and bedding. On the positive side, having a kitchenette with basic cooking tools was convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were very quiet with a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge and cooking tools. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired with a filthy carpet and dirty bedding. It would have been much better with air conditioning during the summer months.
The hotel was quite outdated and in need of a freshen up, but the handy kitchenette in the rooms was useful. Although lacking air conditioning, the provided fan made it somewhat comfortable for sleeping. The service was extremely nice and helpful, with considerate staff that were very friendly. The location, while close to the center of Valence, felt rather unsafe at night, especially for lone female travelers. The dining options were basic with poor variety, and the facilities could do with a good steam clean.
